LPV Magazine is asking people to take a 'bad' photograph.  Blake Andrews is inviting entries for the 'Worst Photo Contest'.

Centre Pompidou, "Paris-Delhi-Bombay" runs until 25th September in Paris and is addressing the question of "what is the India of today?". In an article by Sean O'Hagan this week, he writes about 'Why you are the future of photography'.

The De La Warr continues to run Gallery Events for the Catherine Yass exhibition, where Alex Brattell was focusing on the film 'Lighthouse' today.  He will be back on 13th and 20th August facilitating gallery interaction sessions inviting discussion and prompting the creation of collage, drawing or poem.  Lisa Barnard will be there next Saturday to introduce 'visual audio' and imagining space through sound.
