"Since its launch in January 2009 we have supported the national Time to Change campaign which aims to end this discrimination.
Our competition aims to show that:
- people with mental health problems can and do lead full and meaningful lives
- mental illness is common and can happen to anyone
- through support, understanding and positive messages we can challenge stigma.
It is vital to get people thinking and talking about mental health problems if stigma is to be overcome. We hope that the competition will stimulate discussion, promote understanding and help to change attitudes."

Competition closes 3rd October but voting starts on 19th September for People's Choice. Winners will be announced World Mental Health Day, 10th October. Participants must live in Sussex. Good Luck.
