For all celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee this weekend, there are many things photographic to entertain and amuse. Between the flag waving on the Thames and the sausage rolls at your local street party you can see 'The Queen Art and Image' at the National Portrait Gallery, featuring Cecil Beaton, Andy Warhol, Annie Leibovitz, Lucien Freud and Gerhard Richter. The London Festival of Photography has also launched today, information and details of exhibitions and events can be found on their diary page.

It's also the last weekend before OPEN 2012 deadline for submissions for this year's Brighton Photo Fringe. Phg member Stuart Griffiths won last time, will it be another talented Hastings bod this year?
